Sunayana Program (Eye Care) practices are a natural way to improve vision-related issues which many times stem from routine patterns of sitting in front of computers, televisions, phones etc.
Just as Hatha Yoga may be practiced so that the body no longer becomes a barrier for higher possibilities, Sunayana can be practiced to enhance our eyes and vision.

Helps relieve eye strain from prolonged exposure to computers, bringing relaxation to eyes
Recommended for those with myopia and hyperopia
Prerequisite: This program is only for those who have completed the Upa Yoga / Angamardana / Surya Kriya / Yogasanas earlier.
Must be 8 or above to attend
Must have learned one of the following practices: Isha Upa-yoga / Angamardana / Surya Shakti / Surya Kriya / Yogasanas
Attendance for all the sessions is compulsory
