Cancellation and refund policy
No refund if the participant is absent or comes late for the class. The registration
will get forwarded
to
the next upcoming class of the teacher if the participant pays 15% of full fees for
re-registration.
Validity 6 months.
In case if a participant drops out because of a medical condition (Proof must be
provided) then if
recovered, participant can rejoin within 6 months time from the point of 1st
registration & if that is
not
possible then any of their contacts can replace them within 6 months. The
participant pays 15% of full
fees
for re-registration. Validity 6 months.
If class gets canceled by the teacher, then the teacher must give 2 options - a)
Participants can join
the
next program without any extra fees. And priority will be given to them. b)
Participants can claim a
refund
of complete fees. Teachers must bear transaction fees as well.
If the teacher is traveling outstation for the program and if a participant drops
out because of
unavoidable genuine reasons then they must be accommodated in the next class which
must be conducted in
the
coming 2-3 months. If the program is not going to happen within this timeline, then
a full refund must
be
given to the participant or if a different teacher is conducting at the same
location, then the teacher
must
transfer the funds internally to the conducting teacher. Teachers should cooperate
with each other for
transfer cases. Full fees must be transferred to the conducting teacher.
If class gets canceled by a teacher and the participant is shifting to another city
then full refund
must
be given to the participant,
If the participant knowingly/unknowingly registers & pays in spite of not meeting
with the medical
conditions & if it is found out before the class, then the participant should be
given full refund minus
transaction fees if any. If it is found out during the class then no refund.
Covid
guidelines:
To safeguard everyone’s health, a mandatory Covid-19 policy, detailed below. Please note
that this policy does not completely eradicate the risk of infection, but aims to offer
the
necessary preemptive measures. You may still face the risk of exposure to Covid-19 or
other
illnesses.
If it is determined that your health status or exposure to Covid-19 constitutes a risk
to
others, it may lead to postponement of your program participation and/or being asked to
leave the program.
Please DO NOT attend the program if you have tested positive for Covid-19, been in close
contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 or have had any of the Covid-19 related
symptoms
(such as Ongoing cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Sore throat,
Chills,
New loss of taste or smell, Vomiting or diarrhea).
Program
guidelines:
Only for 7-13 years of age
Attendance for all the sessions is compulsory
Open to everyone, no previous experience of yoga required
